This classic gin is given a unique Israeli twist using herbs and spices local to the area. Baladi Cucumber and Jasmine mingle perfectly alongside classic Juniper and Angelica. Uniquely featured is Mastic, a famous spice relied on in Greece’s local spirit “Mastika”, that’s exceptionally rare to be found in a gin, but perfect for Malka Gin because it’s also found in the Galilee area, where Malka’s craft brewery is located
CRAFT BEER ORIGIN
To honor its craft beer origin, Baladi Cucumbers were infused using techniques akin to a “dry hop”, creating a unique fresh cucumber flavor and aroma.
