Yechiel leads the R&D team and Israel Operations. With a deep passion for technology, engineering and process design, he never loses sight of creating beautiful and exciting signature spirits.

Yechiel studied distilling in Scotland and has a background in developing core technologies with a focus on scaling towards industrial applications. He received his M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
