Tal brings over 20 years of experience across the hospitality and bartending industry, with deep roots in Israel’s bar and on-trade ecosystem. His career has been defined by a focus on raw ingredients, product quality, and the human dynamics that drive successful hospitality businesses. Through years of hands-on work behind the bar and in leadership roles, Tal has built strong influence within the local trade and is widely regarded as a key opinion leader in the Tel Aviv and broader Israeli drinking scene.

Tal spent several years as a bartender and bar manager with the R2M group, one of Israel’s leading hospitality operators. He later moved into wine and spirits importation and today advises bars and hospitality businesses across Israel on product strategy, menu development, and go-to-market execution.
